“What a great experience! From the beginning the team at Cool Pools gave me the confidence that I had made a good decision. Mike the sales person provided me with detailed information and accommodated every change I requested. Miguel the project manager was outstanding! Always polite, great at communicating and keeping me in the loop of what to expect. The minor issues we had were immediately corrected and he went above and beyond to ensure that I was pleased. Great customer service and flawless execution of the project. Now I have my beautiful pool. I highly recommend this company.”
