Our Work
Pools in this range usually carry a structural extra — a raised spa, a longer footprint, a more expensive deck — on top of a complete gunite shell. Compare the photos for scale and finish, then bring your own lot to the visit. The range describes work we have built, not a bid.
A Houston gunite pool price is the shell, the excavation, the steel, the plumbing, the inspections, the tile and coping, the deck, the interior finish, and the equipment — sized to your yard. It is not a per-square-foot number you can multiply by a guess. Clay soil, a tight side gate, an HOA review, and a spa all move the bid. So does choosing pebble and travertine instead of plaster and broom-finish concrete.
Use the ranges on this page to see what finished work has looked like. Then bring the address. We will tell you which range your drawing is actually in, and we will tell you if the yard cannot hold the pool in the photo. Financing is available for qualified homeowners. New custom gunite builds generally run 8 to 16 weeks from groundbreaking to the first swim.
